I am rejecting this response because: the shingles aren't the problem the shoddy work is I'm sure that they would honor the warranty if the shingles were bad but it's the work that was badIt wasn't installed correctly in the first place it should have had metal installed underneath and they didn't do itAnother roofer has looked at it and says it can be repaired by redoing that entire section

I am rejecting this response because:The roofer admits I paid himHe blames the builder of my home that didn't pay him on other jobsWhat is that to do with me? I paid him 100%Not getting paid on other jobs is irrelevant to me and this situation. Roofer states my home is years oldThat's its yrs old and the roof has been wrong since day one but the problem only appears when it rains heavyI have been calling him every couple years anytime there is a hard rain to fix it. He told me that removing bird debris would solve the problem the first year it did notThe 3rd year it rained hard he told me to buy gutters and I did and that didn't solve the problem once we had another hard rain and snow. This is a year roof warranty that has never been good since day one and I continue spending money because its not done right. The last time he was here yrs ago he blamed it on the siding guy stating someone sided over something the roof should have been slide behind. Now this time he says the roof wasn't designed right and my builder didnt pay him on other jobs so he isnt going to fix it . All of this is excuses for a poor workmanship job and a business man that doesn't honor his work.He actually had the nerve to tell me needed to put a Brand new roof for over 12k because of the hard snow this year

the home owner would have to get a hold of the shingle rep it should be in his home owners contract what material was put on the roof I'm thinking it would be the ELK shingle rep. Thank you

bad winter the roof had a 1 year warranty threw the builder that field bankruptcy on me I r any one that has worked for me hasn't been on the roof for 3 years just trying to be nice jz////thank you for calling me
