filed under the same entityI think going online and saying untrue accusations about my personal business practices seems totally unprofessionalPlease not that in the past she has violated my cancellation policy by no showing once and less then cancellation times which I didn't inforce or charge her forAlso she posted on Yelp a bad review of my business with claims unfounded again about how I may choose to market my business through grouponComplaining about my studio being crampedSaying my facials were just"ok" yet took advantage of the discounted price coming I for monthly facials for almost years
It's seems obvious now that she has declined a refund that this is a personal attack to "bash" my businessLooking at her other yelp recview this seems to be patternI will gladly be done with the situation now that she has wasted all of our time
