Please find attached my response in regards to the complaint filed by *** ***. I have provided a history of *** *** account going back to June of 2012. (attached) From this history you will be able to see the following: The last CC&R "fine" that was
assessed was on 6-19-for $and was ultimately removed (voided) from his account on 12-31-bringing his account to $balanceThe practice of fining homeowners for CC&R violations has been discontinued and as you can see was not applied to ** *** since 2012. The annual dues for Kings Road are assessed in June and as you can see each year were not paid by ** *** until December (6-3-billed, not paid until 12-27-and 6-1-billed, not paid until 12-14-14) Each of these last two years when he did not pay the dues he was assessed a late fee of $per month (these late fees have nothing to do with CC&R violations as mentioned in ** *** complaint.) While he may still receive notices of CC&R violations, he has not been fined for those infractions since 2012.
