Account # for SN Servicing Corp.***, case # ***This mortgage was thru GMAC Mortgage, at the time of a chapter bankruptcy, I turned the property in question over to GMACIn turn they sent me papers saying they had to many properties and turned the property back over to me at no costI made a phine call on differant occasions to confirm the contents of the letterAfter speaking to different representatives, they each told me that the property was mine and do as I wished with it and that I no longer owed any moneysHowever during which time a sherrifs sale was placed due to back taxesSN Servicing never held a motgage on said propertyIt wasnt until the property was sold that I began recieving bills from SNCalls to my attorney and also to StJoseph county clerks office, I was told to ignore any correspondence or calls from SNThey were said to be so called leaches out for a quick buck and they had no legal rights to the property and should stop all communicationI will persue further actions if needed to resolve this issue of continued harassment
