The tenant was charged for:$for supplies (2x blinds ~$($each), bulbs ~ $(6.98), AC filter ~ $4(4.47), small portion (~10%) of painting supplies ~$12.5)$for labor (hours) to complete the related repairs listed aboveIncluded in this time was obtaining the new material, removing old material, installing new material and disposing of old material offsite.The Residential Inventory and Condition Form was not submitted with the appropriate time frame, was not initialed or signed completely by the tenants and so, it was not taken into account upon the initial refund of $After further review, the we were willing to take into account the things that were listed on the Residential Inventory and Condition FormThis reduced the charges from the original $to the current $We are sorry this has caused the previous tenant so much anguishWe thought that by honoring the Residential Inventory and Condition Form that it would correct the issueWe offered to refund the previous tenant the difference of $on 8/but have not received a response to this day, 8/

After further review, the we were willing to take into account the things that were listed on the Residential Inventory and Condition Form. This reduced the charges from the original $350.34 to the current $175.50. We are sorry this has caused the previous tenant so much anguish. We thought that by honoring the Residential Inventory and Condition Form that it would correct the issue. We offered to refund the previous tenant the difference of $174.84 on 8/23 but have not received a response to this day, 8/28.
