This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a company As the seller they allowed me to sign the documents on a Friday ensuring me that the buyer would sign on Monday This did not happen, they then submitted a request for an extension because the buyers financing was not in order The final day of the extension I contacted this company two times and was promised a return call with the status and never received a return call The day after the extension I called and again no one would give me a status update It was not until the fourth call where I had expressed my displeasure with the service that they informed me they still not have the proper paper work from the lending agency This company unorganized and unresponsive, I would not recommend them to anyone
