I own A1 cleaning service in WV SMS assist has screwed use out of money and refuses to pay we area small company and can't take loses like that. Beware of them
We are a contract company out of Boston that has done work for this company. We had a record snowfall this year so checking in every two hours was daunting. I talked to a manager that specified that we can just do job reporting. Well, we did. We submitted 19 pages of storm reporting only to be told that we cannot be paid for them because of a loophole in the contract. We had a very hard time speaking with a manager. In fact, during an emergency situation the manager took 2 weeks to call back, 2 weeks! Now we are going unpaid for some loophole. Along side be unprofessional, I'm am disappointed in the humanity of this place. It is a corporate middleman that crushes small local businesses in order to count big money with clean hands.
