Review: On May 19, 2013 verbally contracted with SMR to power wash our approx 12 by 24 brick courtyard and to reemove several stains on certain steps for the agreed price of $300. The contractor left without completing to our satisfaction and as was warrantede in his on-line advertising. He was immediate advised of he defiencies and he aqgreed to return to correct the areas of concerned and ; additionall to some extra effort of putting down a sand closure around the supposedly clean power washed bricks for an additional $300. On 6/28 his crew returned; nd refused to do anything without the owner's approval ([redacted]). They then left leaving the courtyard in amess; not completing the power washing; leaving debris and trash unantended and the courtysaryard furniture in disarray. SMR had cashed our $300 check; #2486 on 5/20 and we have been unable to reach him since then They were contacted by email on 5/29 and when that was returned; by our formal letter requesting completion or a money return. We can supply pictures displaying the courtyard upon your request.Desired Settlement: At least 70% of the paid amount of $300
