SMP Kitchens Bath Concept

I apologize for the late response as I was out of town. Here’s what happened: *** *** *** called having an issue with her hot water heater. The tech determined it was a bad breaker. We changed it out and she was charged $(hour labor) and $(breaker) Total:
$which she paid with check #***. Later that day she called saying her stove was not working, we sent a tech the next morning. It was determined that the breaker for that circuit was faulty. We replaced that breaker and collected check #*** in the amount of $(did not charge her for the breaker) Upon receiving the complaint our service manager called her and tried to talk to her; however she said she would bad mouth us to everyone and hung up the phoneI had noticed the purchase price on the notice of $1,191.00. This is not correct. We charged $for the first visit and $for the second visit. These were separate issues she was having. Please let me know what can be done in this incidentBest regards, *** ***
