The driver approached me at Midway Airport and stated he was part of the *** systemWhen I inquired about cost he said "whatever the *** meter shows." I was tired and he insisted his "black car" was right hereminutes late he is telling me it is $for an "*** Black Car service for a ride that would have been $45-in a cabI did not use the *** app and he darn well was not paying any *** feesStay away from this rip-off outfit
