This is totally bogus. It is a lie and I have proof. The consumer did hire me to complete her website and also to start a new website for her. upon service was for me to finish her eCommerce site by adding links and pictures. I also offered to create a new site for her and this was all included in the $500. The completion of her eCommerce site was basically free and I charged the $500 for the new site. I received a total of $300 from for this work. I received nothing more. All transactions were made through PayPal. She called back and asked me to investigate which app would work best on her eCommerce site and offered payment of $100. I agreed and accepted. At this point I have still only received $300 of the now $600 of our agreement. I called her in March and explained that I was encountering some personal issues and asked that she be patient with me. I also offered to take $50 off of the cost bringing the total down to $550. She agreed and I finished my investigation on the app. Things got back to normal about a week later. I contacted her and she told me she hired someone else to do the site she asked me to complete from scratch. The only thing that was left out of our original agreement was the eCommerce site that needed the links and pictures. I asked how much she wanted to pay for the work I was completing for her. She said she didn't know and asked me how much I wanted. We agreed upon a total of $150 so I refunded her $150 on March 22. After this refund additional requests were made for the site. Just last week because I did not like the way she was conducting business I told her I'd refund the remaining $150 that she'd paid next week. I no longer wish to do business with the customer.
