Review: I have stopped by Smooth Q three times now over the course of the past 2 months to buy a "high school skinny" that is advertised on your menu. However, all three times you have been sold out of the ingredients to make it. This is bad business. Especially when you have hundreds of people who have purchased groupons and then don't have the products you advertise.Desired Settlement: Start carrying the products you say you carry or take them off the menu!

Firm states that one ingredient for the drink was on back order which was explained to the complainant. When he came in again to check on it , it was available and it was given to him free.
