Water, not a smoothie
Requested a 40 oz HITT FIT - basically a veggie mango smoothie; and, to be entirely honest, it had the texture and taste of pure water mixed with mango. The ice felt like sleet shards stabbing my throat due to there being just an excessive amount, even when melted. When stirred or moved around it moved like a pure liquid, which is very abnormal and unexpected.

The service was positive and polite. In addition, 3/5 times the smoothies are a great consistency, but this just wasn't it. It's discouraging.
Water, not a smoothie

30 minutes in drivethru TWICE
I went to the smoothie king in Jacksonville NC. Went two days in a row. I didn't want to go back after the first day but my daughter BEGGED to go on the second day. The first day, I was in line for 20 min before I even got to the speaker. While at the speaker I waited 4 min for them to actually take my order. When I got to the window it took 6 min for them to give me my 1 kids sized smoothie. While at the speaker, they told me to hang on as they were changing out the drawer. When I got to the window I was told the same thing. The only thing good was I got it for free bc I waited so long. The girl that gave me my smoothie had a mask on but was not covering her nose or mouth. Why wear a mask if it's not covering anything? The other girl in there didn't have a mask at all. The second day I went, I waiting 25 min to the speaker and 5 min to get my 2 smoothies. Really don't think im going back. So frustrating!

I have spoken to the my A/C contractor about this and the problem was in the fact that when the unit was connected, there was no power to the home and they were not able to properly charge the unit with cooling agentThey will be there today to properly charge the unit and make sure it is coolingI was not aware of the separation of wall and floor but i'll have my interior contractor go there in the next couple of days to fix the issue under the habitability guidelines

Responding to an complaint against my company David Staples Concrete ContractorThe garage floor I was responsible for pouring concrete and finish the concrete the general contractor was responsible for back filling and compacting dirt and grading plus tie rebar for the garage floorThe morning I arrived the grade was off by inch there was minimum of inch of concrete in the middle of the floor I regarded the floor so there would be an minimum of inch of concreteI sawed the concrete to give it a place to crack I took all precautions on garage floor and drivewayAll concrete was an minimum of inch thick all concrete had rebar in it including the drivewayDriveway rebar was foot on center with an PSI mixThere is NO guaranteed that concrete won't crackThe customer did call me and I did meet with customer and her issueAnd I told her it was an stress crack because that what it was all concrete has an stress crackI don't know what else could be doneI do apologize that she not happyThanks David Staples

When I went in to getnthe loan from cashwell consumer loans I was not told that the loan... would be over two years to pay or the apr of the loan. I was with my youngest son who is four and before the papers were even put on the table my son had to use the restroom. I took him to the resrroom and when I came back the agent had me sign the papers and handed me the check informing me where I coukd have it cashed that same night. It was after their closing time and the loan process was rushed through by the afent and the terms were not discussed about the apr and the loan life of two years. I was under the understanding that the loan payments were to be reported to credit agencies to help improve my credit and that I would be paying off the loan of 601.00 dollars. It was not until after I got home I saw the apr of the loan and tried repeatedly to contact consumer loans but did not reach them or recieved a call back until months later. I feel that I should be let out of the remainder of the loan because of misinformation and false pretenses. I have not missed one payment as of yet and do not feel like I shoukd pay the remainder of the loan since it wil not be reported as I was told it woukd to credit agencies. Regards, [redacted]

I placed an order with picture.com on 12/2/for canvas prints I was sent an e-mail on 12/saying the item was shipped and would be received in 14-working days On 12/I reached out for tracking to which I was told there was none but it would be received in 14-working days On 1/(days) I had not received the order and sent an e-mail (the only way to communicate with picture.com) inquiring about my order....no response was received I sent another request on 1/15, 1/16, and today on 1/ I have not received any response since 1/even though I get a confirmation that the inquiry was received and would be handled in business days or less Very dissatisfied and have submitted a dispute with my cc company on the charge

Why didn't he tell us of the problem before he went ahead with the pouring and have the general contractor fix it and I feel he should have fix the problem himself. yes he did saw stress cuts, but them so called stress  cracks went pass the saw cuts right on through to the other exciting wall. also he was called back with more cracks in the driveway and the ramp to the shed his pulling away from its exsiting place which he never returned a call or made an appearance. I had cement driveways poured in other homes and garage floors and never have I seen these problems before and they did not even have rebar in. I mixed cement by hand for a 2 car garage and never had a cracked in the floor after 15 years. and never even had stress saw cuts put in. I had cracking within 6 months after he poured and it is still cracking.

This is a very poor company to deal with. If you want to cancel an order after 61 minutes they won't allow you to. They claim they have the policy listed on their ordering page but it is not clearly shown. They need to correct there deceptive policies.
