Smooth Moves

After reading so many good reviews I thought this company would be perfect for my small move from an apartment to house. The move took 3 hours longer than quoted, which wasnt a no deal to me. What was a big deal is some of my sons things came up missing. 2 boxes worth of bath items, including an expensive thermometer which hadnt even been opened yet. When sending a message to the company I was told I must have misplaced the items and there was no way it could have been stolen by staff members. Very unprofessional
