Smoot Towing

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to Darrell insurance company over a week ago in regards of the damage the towing has doneI have text messages for which I have begged for some resolution from the insurance company for which I haven't received a replyI have proof of emails from said insurer which I have yet to receive a response fromI have estimates of the damages and proof of when damages occurred which was after the towing of the vehicleTow has damaged vehicle in which vehicle is not operable this I have stated for over a month nowI have even provided said insurer with pictures as well as estimate and still no responseI will have to take further action if not resolvedRegards, [redacted]

I still have not heard anything back from anyone about this case. I have now been given a notice from my apartment complex that my vehicle will be removed because it is not operable. For which I'm going to have to include these fees within my small claim towards smoot towing.Can you please advise smoot towing that if they agree to the repairs I will not move forward with legal action I am totally fine with his insurance company doing an inspection as I mentioned before in my statements.[redacted]

Darrell told me (your Revdex.com) the following information. I have referred the situation to my insurance company. The car was damaged before we repossessed it. We have a condition report. We did not cause the damage. The consumer will not bring the vehicle in to let me see it.
