On June 19th, the customer's husband brought the dog in and said he wanted the dog shavedHe admitted that our mobile grooming
service had advised against it but that is what he wantedThat being said our grooming staff groomed to the dog to his specificationsAfter picking the dog up we started to receive phone calls from the wife demanding a refund as it wasn't what "she" wantedOur owner explained that while it may not have been what she desired for grooming it was, what was requested by her husbandAt that time our owner did offer a refund for the dissatisfaction, not for wrong-doing but for the sake of retaining our customersAt that time we waited to refund the money until the bank had cleared the initial transactionOnce done and we were back in the office we issued a refund in the full amount via check
