Customer was told by event staff that the barn would be cold in November prior to booking Secondly, staff explained that there were bathrooms with changing station in the farm stand across the street in addition to the porta potties The customer refused the hay ride which was arranged and part of the package All details are explained in advance of party,we try hard to accommodate the wishes of our customersTell us why here
