I ordered a product from this company. At checkout, there is a checkmark for something they label “Smoky Club.” They automatically opt customers into this option. It looks like an email list signup, there is no information provided about what this is. If you comb the website and read deep, deep, into the “Terms and Conditions” (term 20, hidden at the very end of the terms) they say it’s a reoccurring “shipping” fee they will charge you every month for $22.43.
They don’t mention this charge ANYWHERE else on the site. Not at the checkout, and not when they automatically opt you into it. Pretty scammy, underhanded and that can't be legal. There are reviews all over the internet about this horrible, unprofessional company. If their product was any good they wouldn't have to scam their customers. Way to make sure no one orders ever again.
*Their website claims the are BBB accredited. Like everything else about this company, this is also a fake claim.
We placed an order for smoky bombs to be used in my daughters graduation in early July. It is now august 8 and we still have no order. the graduation was july . needless to say we didn't get them in time. they tell us they don't accept returns. we want a full refund. we paid expided shipping to have the items in 4-7 days. my daughter called 3 days before her graduation date and was told they were on the way. this is ridiilious that 3 weeks later they still have not arrived.
now, they won't take calls, and the only way to contact them is email. all they will say is that they will refund the shipping charge. that is not good enough. we want a full refund.and we will be shipping the items back and never using this company again.

We are sorry that *** wasn`t able to receive her package. We are currently working with a skeletal workforce due to the restrictions caused by this pandemic. Our team is working hard to get all the orders shipped out on time. In addition to that postal carries occasionally leave items in unusual locations to prevent them from being stolen and also packages can go missing from our carriers. We sincerely apologise for this happening with her. At Smoky Bombs we always make sure to go above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied with our products and customer service. Yesterday when she reached out to us we refunded her the total amount of the order cost and shipped to her a new order exactly like the one she had previously bought from us, and she will be able to keep it for free. We also sent her an email with her new tracking number and a 20% discount for her next order with us.
Let us know if there are anything else we can do it solve this.
