After Bill spoke to *** (my brother who is also a mechanic in MA), *** told Bill he would get back to him regarding repairs We decided not to get the repairs at Smokey's because it went from an repair, to a whole motor had to be replaced for $2,000+ We were going to go pick the car up today, and Bill told us he was charging us to put the car back together (we never authorized him to take the car apart)
