I am rejecting this response because:
What they left out in their ressponse is the reason those had not been picked up was because I bought other things in the store instead. I would mention I should get the items out of layaway first and I would be told don't worry about itWe will work with you and we see you every weekI had purchased items in the past much the same wayOne rifle and one pistolPlus outright paid cash for several more instead of redeeming the layawayThe one they pulled, at te time was the one wit the most on itBut all total now they have $of free moneyI guess it was my fault for trusting them in the first placeYes, it says no refunds, but store credit is not a refundI will pursuing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office in Olympia

We are a pawn shop. We have receipts for our transactions and layaway's. Our layaway's are 30 or 90 days. [redacted]. [redacted] has a habit of ignoring the dates he signed for. The layaway in question, (Exhibit A), clearly is beyond the 30 days. No other payments were made. The receipt also states "No...

Refunds".We found 3 other examples of [redacted] placing items on layaway and not doing any more with them. We do not feel we have done anything wrong. All outstanding layaway's have now been pulled.Management
