This complainant did pay fees on behalf of a client and did...

receive a receipt that indicatedexactly what she is claiming. However, that receipt was not accurate, and the client wasinformed immediately after leaving with the receipt that we needed to issue a new one with anaccurate breakdown of fees. I cannot attest to what information was shared with thecomplainant by the client regarding what she was helping her to pay. This client had late feeamounts that were owed as well as state childcare co-pay amounts, and I have alreadysubmitted in writing a breakdown with the client the specifics regarding her account. The clientdid have a $15.00 credit that was refunded directly to the client on March 14, 2016. As ofMarch 14th, we are 100% balanced with respect to amounts owed and amounts paid.The specifics in this complaint regarding actual late fee amounts owed or paid are not accurate.My late fee amounts are consistent with industry norms, and my company reports every dollar,cash or check, as required by law.
