I have called and spoke with Ms*** and corrected her issue. We have refunded not only the $she requested but the total amount she was charged for the inconvenience. I told her I would follow up with her on Friday to make sure everything was handled correctly

Therefore, all guest inquiries are taken very seriouslyWe would like to address the facts of this matter as we know them for the guest issue that took place on March 27th at our restaurant in Bowie, MD, and who reached out to you about their dining experienceIn speaking with our kitchen manager, he does recall the guest's issue with the Cornbread with Pecan ButterWhile the guest did say that there was chewing gum in the pecan butter, Chris recalls that the bubblegum was placed on top of the pecan butter and not mixed in, leading us to assess that the gum was placed on there by someoneRegardless of that, we would like to do right by the guest and certainly would like to reimburse them for the cost of the cornbread, or as an alternative, offer a $gift card (more than the $cost of the cornbread) and send to this guest, as long as we could get their address.We are truly sorry for this experience as we are focused on providing a great dining experience for each and every guestWe certainly hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.Thank you and best regards,David BDirector of Operations

We would like to address the facts of this matter as we know them for the guest issue that took place on March 27th at our restaurant in Bowie, MD, and who reached out to you about their dining experience. In speaking with our kitchen manager, he does recall the guest's issue with the Cornbread with Pecan Butter.
