be I am wrong) but if we did, please let that costumer to come and stop by in our store  and brings that item with our store receipt and ask to speak with the manager to solve this problem with him directly and I will promise you to make (Him) or (Her) happy although we don't do any returns or exchanges (This is our store policy) especially for E-cigarette stuff (Hygienically issues) but only if defected. Any way we will do our best if he is write that he bought this device from us.

Review: I purchased a product that was defected I went back in a store were I was told there policy is that you cant return used product but with vapor tank you can not know if the product is good or not before trying it.I spend over 70$ for a vapor nicotine tank just to find out it doesn't work and then to find out can't do anything about it and when I complained I was told bye you don't have to come here.Desired Settlement: I would just like to recipe what I paid for nothing more nothing less.
