We understand that your order was not delivered to the address you intended, but we did make every attempt to assist you in changing the delivery address, however UPS does not allow for changes to the delivery address of Surepost shipments, either by the shipper or the receiver. You would have needed to upgrade the shipping with your UPS My Choice program in order for any changes to be made to the delivery address and UPS does not show the service having been upgraded on the shipment so that changes to the delivery could have been made. We apologize but without return of the package that was delivered to the validated billing address for your order, which was the shipping address on the placed order, we are unable to provide replacement or refund for your shipment, unless the package which was delivered to the billing address is returned. We apologize that UPS limits our options in being able to resolve the issue while it was in transit, but based on the current information, there is nothing more we could have done to change the address while the package was in transit
