"">i would like to respond by saying that this customer came in the store on diffrent days and both transaction were paid by debit , therefore he entered his pin number according to what the pin pad says and also the purchases he made he is saying that he doesnt remember coming in the next time well how are we going to swipe his card and enter his pin if he wasnt here the next time .
and the cameras werent working and we have an invoice from a pc tech stating that the cameras were repaired after that transaction
so if the customer feels like we stole his card and used it the next day I think he should report it to the police department I will be more than happy to talk to the police about it and show them the reciepts and the transactions were approved by entering a pin number twice on diffrent days

Review: I purchased a pack of hookah coals from this store on 6/23/2014, and should have been charged a total of $4.80 including tax and debit fee. When I looked at my bank statement the following day I noticed a charge of $59.88. When I approached the business with my complaint they told me to bring in a printed bank statement that had to be direct from my bank. After bringing in my printed bank statement the gentlemen at the front register blamed me for the charge and accused me of lying. The gentlemen at the front register then called his boss and asked him to check the cameras. He told me that he would call me back the next day as soon as the boss checked the cameras. The following day I received a phone call from the store stating that their cameras were not working and continued to freeze when they tried to revisit the camera footage from 6/23/2014. The gentlemen at the front register told me he would call me back again later that day but I never received a call from him. I am very disappointed in the way they conducted their business with me. It was very unprofessional to accuse a customer of lying and then make excuses to why they could not refund the purchase amount.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to refund the difference between the amount charged and the amount owed which is $55.08.
