RE: complaint [redacted] To whom it may concern: I have reviewed the complaint and talked with Mrs [redacted] on September 2, I apologized for the service man being sent to her home without talking her firstIt is our company policy not to send out a technician without making contact with the homeowner firstI also addressed her concern about our tech removing a notebook from the home, I assured her we did not remove any property from her home
Complaint # [redacted] To whom it may concern:We do not dispute the fact we serviced the rental property for Ms [redacted] on December 9, After the call was completed we received a call from the tenant about some spots on her carpet After receiving the call from the tenant our CSR called Ms [redacted] and told her we would send some out to clean the spotsMs [redacted] agreed with this solutionMs [redacted] then called back and said she wanted the entire carpet “steam cleaned”We informed her we would not steam clean the entire carpetBut we wanted to send a technician by to look at the carpet and clean the spots; if our technician after accessing the carpet agreed the carpet should be cleaned we would send out a steam cleaning unitOur technician could have spot cleaned the area and sprayed carpet sanitizer on the carpet. We called the tenant and advised we had a technician on the way to look at the carpet and was told if we are not steam cleaning not to come and her landlord would take care of itAfter we told not to come out by tenant I attempted to call Ms [redacted] twice and left messagesI received a text message from Ms [redacted] at 3:saying she was at work and could not talk and would call back laterAdditionally we have worked at this location on six different occasions since and have never had a complaint about the carpets or not wearing covers on our boots. In conclusion since we offered to clean the carpets and they could have been sanitized with a carpet sanitizer we do not feel we need to refund any moneyIn conclusion since we offered to clean the carpets and they could have been sanitized with a carpet sanitizer we do not feel we need to refund any money
Re: Complaint ***Response to consumer rebuttal 1. Consumer states I DID NOT ask for my money backBelow is taken directly from the consumers initial complaint to the Revdex.com, where she disputed $60.00, A-took this as she wanted money refunded to her.Name of Salesperson: Haley, dispatcher Purchase Price:$Disputed Amount:$60.002. Consumer states I DID NOT ask for the entire carpet to be cleanedOur response from the original answer complaint is still validWe informed her we would not steam clean the entire carpetBut we wanted to send a technician by to look at the carpet and clean the spots; if our technician after accessing the carpet agreed the carpet should be cleaned we would send out a steam cleaning unitOur technician could have spot cleaned the area and sprayed carpet sanitizer on the carpetThe consumer’s response that she did not ask for the entire carpet to be cleaned is the reason why I attempted to call herI have found in the past sometimes when messages are relayed there is some confusionAnd had Ms*** called me back as she texted she would. She would have understood my position as if our technician after accessing the carpet agreed the carpet should be cleaned we would send out a steam cleaning unit3. Consumer states I gave up after two attempts and the A-Sewer supervisor never picked up my callsI was out of the office all day and as indicated by her text messageI tried to call her back but she could not talk4. Consumer states I am not a big fan of confrontation and arguing over the phone.I also do not like confrontation or arguing, with that being said I find it interesting that Ms*** believes that is how the conversation would have been handledIn conclusion I would ask the consumer to reconsider her complaint as we were willing to go out and assess the condition of the carpet, but we were refused permission by her tenantHad Ms*** returned my call I believe this could have been handled without escalating to this level
In an effort to resolve this issue, we will send a check for $following the customers acceptance of the offer closing this matter
RE Complaint # *** I would first like to address the issue in which we are in agreement1. Our technician on the job should have exercised better customer relation skills, for which I have apologized 2. The invoice amount
of $3. The toilet that was leaking on the floor was not leaking before we arrived.4. I was notified of a service related issue and told to call. I called Mr*** as soon as I was done with the task I was currently working on.5. We sent a different service tech out to investigate the water leaking from the toilet.Items we are not in agreement include;1. After receiving the email on December 1, requesting a call from the owner I called the restaurant several times and left messages to have Mr*** call me backI noticed while writing this response that Mr*** had left another phone number other than the restaurant number that I had called2. Our technician made an error in the diagnosis and simply guessed at the cause of the odor problemSewer odors in restaurants and other commercial buildings can be hard to eliminate and require several service calls to find all odor sourcesOur service tech performed a preliminary inspection and found no other obvious potential odor sources other than the loose stoolsRather than perform a smoke test (at a minimum cost of $not including any repairs) to locate the sewer odor and seeing the stools loose on the floorIn conclusion if Mr*** would like to propose an amount of compensation I will consider his offer, however I believe we are due the full amount

Re: Revdex.com Complaint [redacted] After our technician left the customers property we received a call regarding the cost of the large jetter. At that point he was quoted a cost of $550.00 for up to 2 hours on site. At which time the customer asked for reduction in price in consideration of paying for the...
mini jetter. Our CSR discussed with me the situation and I agreed to apply $150.00 reducing the large jetter $400.00. When our CSR talked to our customer and advised him of our original offer he refused. The following is the notes the CSR added to the reasons for the call canceled field. Customer is upset that the m/j did not completely clear the line of debris/sediment. Quoted $550.00 for large jetter. [redacted] agreed to credit $150.00 from [redacted]'s invoice towards the large jetter. Customer still not happy with that as well. Said if we do not give him full credit - he will bad mouth us to everyone. When the customer responded to our offer with “if we do not give him full credit - he will bad mouth us to everyone.” I considered the matter closed. In an effort to close this matter I will apply the full cost of the original service call of $255.00 to having A-1 Sewer & Septic Service Inc. coming out with our large jetter. No other discounts or refunds are offered.
Complaint # [redacted]To whom it may concern:We do not dispute the fact we serviced the rental property for Ms. [redacted] on December 9, 2016. After the call was completed we received a call from the tenant about some spots on her carpet. After receiving the call from the tenant our CSR called Ms....
[redacted] and told her we would send some out to clean the spots. Ms [redacted] agreed with this solution. Ms [redacted] then called back and said she wanted the entire carpet “steam cleaned”. We informed her we would not steam clean the entire carpet. But we wanted to send a technician by to look at the carpet and clean the spots; if our technician after accessing the carpet agreed the carpet should be cleaned we would send out a steam cleaning unit. Our technician could have spot cleaned the area and sprayed carpet sanitizer on the carpet. We called the tenant and advised we had a technician on the way to look at the carpet and was told if we are not steam cleaning not to come and her landlord would take care of it. After we told not to come out by tenant I attempted to call Ms. [redacted] twice and left messages. I received a text message from Ms. [redacted] at 3:49 saying she was at work and could not talk and would call back later. Additionally we have worked at this location on six different occasions since 2007 and have never had a complaint about the carpets or not wearing covers on our boots. In conclusion since we offered to clean the carpets and they could have been sanitized with a carpet sanitizer we do not feel we need to refund any money. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered]I DID NOT ask for my money back, and I DID NOT ask for an entire carpet cleaning. I requested the trail where the repairman traveled in and out of the house to be cleaned. The A-1 Sewer customer service representative said, 'they do not steam clean carpets, they only spot clean the brown spots they can see. They don't clean what they can't see'. I let the company rep know most bacteria and germs are not seen by the naked eye, and are not always brown. I am not a big fan of confrontation and arguing over the phone. I gave up after two attempts and the A-1 Sewer supervisor never picked up my calls. I work where talking on the phone is prohibited and could never answer his calls. I rented a steam machine for $38 and the traffic areas were steam cleaned by my renter. My renter is a registered nurse, and is knowledgeable of the hazards associated with Poop residue. We also found it disrespectful when the repairman used her throw rug in the garage to wipe the poop off his feet. If the owner of A-1 Sewer would like to reimburse my expenses, then I will consider dropping this complaint.

RE: complaint [redacted]
To whom it may concern:
I have reviewed the complaint and...
talked with Mrs. [redacted]
on September 2, 2015. I apologized for the service man being sent to her home without
talking her first. It is our company policy not to send out a technician
without making contact with the homeowner first. I also addressed her concern about
our tech removing a notebook from the home, I assured her we did not remove any
property from her home.
I would like to know is this normal practice to send your workers to a customer without the customer approval. I would like the item that was remove from my home return to the contractor it below to.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The gentleman that speak to felt that
his company did nothing wrong. Went on to say that when I called with
questions on the work that I felt want a quote on, I had given consent. The customer service
employee told me that someone would call me to talk with me and answer
any question I have than. On the day in question what I had received was voice message while I was NOT at my home, to be
followed up by someone from A1 Sewer & Septic Service Inc., dropping by my home; while another contractor was there doing the work in my home that I had hire him to complete. That
contractor has not authorization to sign any thing behalf. Let alone
allow A1 Sewer & Septic Service Inc., employee into my home without my consent or knowledge. Many
employers claimed that their company employees don't do this or that!
They DON'T know for sure what someone would or wouldn't do until it
happens! They claim they would not send an employee / service person to a home without the home owner consent and it happen. The gentleman that spoke to me, felt that
his company did nothing wrong. Went on to say that when I called with
questions on the work that I want a quote on I had in some way granted consent than and that's far from the truth. The phone
employee told me that someone would call me back to talk with me and answer
any question I have than and schedule an appointment at that time. Just
because a new client calls doesn't give any company the right to take
it upon themselves to just drop in on the new client/customer. We as
customers answers your questions because the company service claims this
information is need it for someone to call us back to answer our
questions. Many
employers claimed that this or that doesn't happen from anyone of their
employees, the companies DON'T know that for 100% sure; until it
happens. Naturally most of the employee would
state or claim they didn't do this or that, until over time different
story has come to light with proof to back it. The
male manager said that by me talking the office manager was as good as
talking to him. It wasn't, they both made me feel I was blowing
everything way out of focus and there was no harm done. So my question would be to the both them: "How would they feel if someone / anyone enter your home with your permission & or knowledge?"A1 Sewer & Septic Service Inc., you may be very good at what you do for your past and current customers, with me A1 Sewer & Septic Service Inc., decided to drop the standards. Talking
to a "Office Manager & the Business Manager" didn't bring any type
of conformation or positive reassurance of any type! I
cannot apology for being upset with the way things had taken place and
the way the company left me feeling after his talking with me. Mr. [redacted] thank you for assisting me in contacting A1 Sewer & Septic Service Inc., with my concerns.Thank you,Ms. [redacted]
