Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/01/29) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] , President Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ***@smokeservices.com Dear Customer, I am writing in response to the recent complaint that you submitted with the Revdex.com Although we are not currently an accredited member with the Revdex.com, we strive to deliver the best service possible to all of our customers Due to the size (Nearly tagged Boxes and Furniture) and complexity (Due to the new home being considerably smaller than the previous home) of the order it was delivered in deliveriesThe last delivery being very large commercial refrigerators that required additional help to ensure they were safely loaded and unloadedThis last delivery was postponed to a date that would meet those needsWe were also expecting delivery of a replacement mirror for your hutchThis was a mirror that was removed on 12/17/from your home and orderedThese items were scheduled with you on 1/20/for a return date of 1/26/On Tuesday, January 26th, we returned the final contents of your order as well as installing the replacement mirror in your hutch The moving dates are as follows: Sept28, 2015, Sept29, 2015, Oct1, 2015, Oct2, 2015, Oct5, 2015, Oct2015, Oct20, 2015, Dec8, 2015, Dec17, and Jan26, These dates were scheduled to help you during your move as to not overload the house with boxes and furnitureAdditional time was taken so you could come into the warehouse to go through your contents and separate the items that you were keeping from the items that you were donating to your churchThis also includes the separate move to the church location to deliver the items that you donated We practice safe moving techniques as to not damage your belongingsAs careful as we are unfortunately we did experience damageI would like to apologize for any inconveniences that this and the scheduling delay may have causedI believe that we worked closely together through this entire sequence of events including working with you while you determined what items you might donate , offering you our staff and building to process your donation items, additional storage during those times, as well as delivering to your donation site to save inconveniences Sincerely, Smoke Services Restoration, Inc

Due to the size (Nearly 1500 tagged Boxes and Furniture) and complexity (Due to the new home being considerably smaller than the previous home) of the order it was delivered in 9 deliveries. The last delivery being 2 very large commercial refrigerators that required additional help to ensure they were safely loaded and unloaded. This last delivery was postponed to a date that would meet those needs. We were also expecting delivery of a replacement mirror for your hutch. This was a mirror that was removed on 12/17/2015 from your home and ordered. These items were scheduled with you on 1/20/2016 for a return date of 1/26/2016.
