I have read the full complaintAnd got to speak with employeeLet me first explain our rules and regulations on return or exchange complaintsAll the products we sell or carry in smoke plus are manufactured by other companiesWe are retailers not manufacturersTherefore we don't offer any return or exchange to customersWe make sure before selling that the customer buying the products checks it before leaving store which she did check and our employee thoroughly explained it to herWe have big sign on register counter, store main door, facebook page and all other social media that we use for NO RETURN NO EXCHANGEALL SALES ARE FINALIf there is something wrong with product she can always contact the company that made the productWe have had issues like that in the past where customer had problems with certain things and they contacted the company and they got it solved by getting a replacementWe cannot offer anything like that because this manufacturer return policy is only for end consumer and not for retailersShe can walk in to any tobacco store anywhere and show me one retail store that will sell the product and take it back just like thatFrom what I have understood from my employee communication is that she did not know how to use the product when she came in the second time and he made it to work again for her because she did not know how to use it

I am rejecting this response because: I went into the store several times and I did in fact use the product correctly. Not only did the employee say they recommended that Smoke Plus stop selling this product because it did not work, they have issued refunds in the past. So is this a race issue because the town I live in is predominantly white and I am African American? Or is this just a flawed business issue? I've went into the store several times to try and resolve the issue and there were NO options available to me. The managers were ducking me and I even left a note with my full name and telephone number and have yet to speak with them. This business played me out of my money and I would like it back. I don't want a replacement, and I shouldn't have to go through a manufacturer about this issue because the management at Smoke Plus knowingly sold me a defective product and they knowingly continue reccommend and sell it to customers.
