Revdex.com spoke with MrGerlach today and he stated that the issue was with a roof vent that had come loose and they went out and tacked it down and the consumer is all set

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID...
10805024, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
Doug Gerlach has sent people to our home numerous times over the past three years and the leak has never actually been repaired. He sent someone to our home on 10/7. We were not there and he did not call in advance. He phoned my husband that evening and said there was a rotted section of board that his employee filled with roof tar and that "should fix the leak". If the board is rotted, it is due to his inability to repair this issue in a timely manner, and the board should be replaced. We will see if the leak continues when we have another rainy day. At this time, the matter is still unresolved. There is a hole in the wall in my family room and the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.I would like to restate that this has been going on since this company replaced our roof and painted/calked our home and was paid in full.[redacted]
Response taken over the phone: We are addressing the issue to fix the leak today. After we can determine that the leak is fixed, we will make arrangements to do interior repairs.
