Review: I bought a Tsunami electronic cigarette kit and the manager refuses to refund the purchase price. He has replaced the battery approximately 5 times because they would not hold a charge. He told me if it continues to happen to bring it back and he would refund my money. Yesterday I took both batteries (I bought a spare)back because they were not working. The clerk called the manager and she was told to refund me the money for one of them. Today, I took the entire kit back and the manager refused to refund the money telling me he would have if I had brought it back yesterday, but because it was working yesterday he would not refund the money. I took both batteries back yesterday and left with the money for one of them and one still defective battery. Obviously the product would not work with a defective battery.Desired Settlement: I would like the entire purchase price and sales tax refunded to me as he promised. I will keep the liquid I purchased from him and use it in another product bought elsewhere.
