Smog In

Review: I came to get my vehicle smog-ed on 5-1-2015. I have a blue PT cruiser. They told me that I failed the smog test and had to be retested because of a PCV hose was "kinked"based on a visual inspection. The same day 30 minutes later, I went to another Star Certified smog place and my vehicle passed all of the different categories with flying colors and I was able to get my car registered that day. He even told me that the "Kinked Hose" they spoke of looks like it was new and had gotten replaced. I'm very disappointed in their services and I think that I was discriminated against because I'm a women and they thought that I was dumb and would believe anything. Fortunately for me I found another place of business that treated me with respect and did not underestimate my intelligence. I understand that they might need business for the repair side of their shop, but that doesn't give them reason to take advantage of women so that they could spend unnecessary money with them. I hope you do better in the future and not treat anyone else like this. Thanks for making me pay for 2 smogs in one day!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for me having pay for that faulty smog test that I received from them.
