[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As previously stated, I do acknowledge that we finally have received everything we were owed; however not even close to the timeline that was set for us by the photographer The contract that we signed states: "All photos taken will be supplied to the client days after the wedding date for review on the [redacted] mug site These photos will be untouched From those images,photographer will supply from to high quality proof print ready images for client, selected by both client and photographer from the photos taken Client is required to go through the photos and list the photos they want to receive in the proof/print ready format Photographer will then supply those photos to the client in no less than weeks and no more than weeks after receiving the list from the client This time frame is required for photographer to accomplish the post processing so all the photos meet or exceed the client's expectations."Our complaint is about the deliverable and timeline not met by the contract We finally received all photos on a USB in December after this complaint was filedRegards, [redacted]

We put into our agreement that we supply to proof print ready photos. They are on the web page with the link in this email response.*** Password is ***I have attached a photo I just took of our
copy of the wedding book supplied to the client over months ago. We always order two of them so we have a copy. It was shipped to them and we assumed they received it because we did not hear they did not receive it. We can give them our copy if they did not receive the original sent We supplied a high light reel of the wedding day as promised and we have all the unedited film of the wedding which we will gladly give them. Our clients will usually supply a hard drive or large sized usb stick to put the film. As a way of making this right, will pay for a usb and put in the mail by October 15th We always treat our clients with the upmost respect while with them performing our duties. So not sure why they would state we showed any disrespect or ill will towards them.SMN Designs
Not sure why you received this. Have been responding to client. Her final photos should be back from printers and mailed out this week

***,It serves no purpose to see unedited photos. Do you really want to see unedited with sweating, pimples, flabby arms, yellow teeth, balding spots, stomachs sticking out, etc. We fix this and you don't even know it. A layman not knowing photography would not even really know which photos to select that would be the best to edit It is like asking a plumber to fix your sink and when they arrive telling them how to do it. We can better decide the best photos to select for editing. This is why you hired us in the first place after seeing our work. Your photos are perfect on the smug mug site. You received a great deal with the price quoted. We sent you the prints as required and the usb stick. You know what is going on with my husbands health. Why you want to continue prolonging this back and forth serves no purpose

I am rejecting this response because: As previously stated, I do acknowledge that we finally have received everything we were owed; however not even close to the timeline that was set for us by the photographer. From those images,photographer will supply from 300 to 350 high quality proof print ready images for client, selected by both client and photographer from the photos taken. Client is required to go through the photos and list the photos they want to receive in the proof/print ready format. Photographer will then supply those photos to the client in no less than 4 weeks and no more than 6 weeks after receiving the list from the client. This time frame is required for photographer to accomplish the post processing so all the photos meet or exceed the client's expectations."Our complaint is about the deliverable and timeline not met by the contract. I would accept the offer from the business if it were to actually happen. However, the business continues to tell lies, as it would be impossible for them to have mailed a book 5 months ago when less than four months ago they emailed me saying that it wasn't ready yet. They have mailed a book to us and it contained different pics than we had indicated, and this one even had tracking postage on it. They also posted more pics to the [redacted] website after the complaint, but we never got any highlight video and so far have still only seen one video on the website. When should we expect the complete footage and the actual highlight video? And when would we get all of the proofs because we know other pics that we had taken and they weren't posted?
