The complainant did call our office on 4/22/and was told to file an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) dispute with their card issuerWe have no record of the complainant calling on 4/or 4/It is up to the financial institution to file the dispute with the networkWhen the cardholder files

A refund was sent to the customer along with an apology letter. In addition, the coin mechanism has already been replaced as well to avoid future issues. She told me that she informed you of the action taken. Is there anything else we needed to do? I was under the impression
