By the owner own admission they sent someone out to fix it after I called several times due to poor...

quality of work being done the first time it wasnt concrete mix and didnt harden .,,look at the quality of work done BEFORE damage... again I asked for same quality of work period.. whatever substance was used first time didnt harden.. again poor quality work done first time and second time is no different.. now its lumpy and discolored ....for the sake of company reputation and good customer service why didnt company reach out to the homeowner.?. ., remember im the same homeowner who called them several times only to be told someone would fix it properly and still didnt receive no apology from owner....look at the lengthy time response from owner.. great way to do business.. just know smittys AKA [redacted] has left a [redacted] taste in my mouth and I would inform others of my experience.....
