out the car (06 Chev, Impala) which needed a transmission overhaul.
To overhaul the transmission an estimate was given of $2200-2800. They gave us an okay to overhaul the transmission, so we took the transmission out and got it apart, I wrote up a job order and I called up Carlos and told him it would cost around $2812.00. A few minutes later [redacted] called me back and told me it would not be more than $2400.00. So I re-did the job order by discounting it to $2499.00 plus tax bringing it down to $2563.61.
They came and paid for the job and the next day I got this letter from the B.B.B. And am enclosing a copy of our invoice and the credit card receipt.
