Smitty's Smoothies

I ordered and paid $1030 for some wheels for my Volkswagen. After that, I read reviews after review that people don't get their wheels and can't get ahold of the guy and can't get a refund. It's been 2 months and I can get a hold of they guy. He's stealing people's money and not responding to them ever again. He's a crook and a scammer.

Jim ***, owner of Smitty's Smooties advertises customized rims for cars, specifically VW Beetles. My husband and I emailed several times before a Bug Show in Florida on 11/10/2019 to learn more about his work. He was very promptly with his emails prior to meeting him. We met him in Florida and he sold us 4 rims for our antique beetle for $978.50. He brought down some his websites, change the business number and gave me a *** Voice number where he can only receive calls. I contacted directly in *** and he gave many excuses about the four rims that he owes me which I bought for my husband. He promised that he was going to mail it by his birthday on 1/11/19. He keeps taking people's order and doesn't deliver the purchased product. He is a dishonest person.
