While I happen to know to one of the guys who work here personally, and he's a decent human, the rest of the gentlemen working here are criminalsThey post no rate of charges for their work and they squeeze money out of people in a tough spotMy vehicle was towed due to a registration issue and the day it was dropped off I was quoted 135$ for their serviceThe next day I was quoted 275$When I protested the gentleman at the location brought it down to a slightly less irritating 245$I paid the lesser fee and made off with my carThese guys have a monopoly in Durham and have quite the racketThat said, they have also towed my car when I got in an accident and they were nothing but great then, which leads me to suspect that these guys just love the opportunity to hustle an unsuspecting student/localSurprised that the Revdex.com hasn't given them a lower rating

Smittys is run by two racist bigots that talk trash about people to their face, charge absurd fines because UNH and UNH PD don't care, and they go day to day at am looking for cars to tow then claim "someone called it in" well I hope you loose all your business for you are sm of business
