Seems we can't please a customer like you.Please find somewhere else to patronize!On Mon, Sep 23, 2013 at 1:11 PM, [redacted] My 18-month old son and I visited Friday night when we beat the rest of the family into town for the weekend. I recognize that your establishment is a bar and grill, but it would be helpful to have coloring books to distract the kids when we wait for food. Also, I had to change my son on the floor of a very small bathroom, so a changing table would have been very much appreciated. I ordered an Angry Orchard and it came in a warm glass, so I dont know if the beer was warm coming out of the tap or if it was a warm glass, but cider is best served very very cold. The steamed shrimp we got hadnt been devained and cleaned, were over-steamed and hard to peel. Your "cocktail sauce" was pretty much straight ketchup badly in need of some horseradish and some lemon. The flatbreak pizza wasnt crispy at all, it was greasy and seemed like it just came out of a microwave. I ask that you please pay more attention to your food quality and your guest's experience. I know you can do much more than drunk bar food. Respectfully, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Initially I was just offering constructive criticism, however as [redacted] would rather have me "patronize elsewhere" I would prefer to have my $27 + tip returned to me so that I can do so in accordance with her wishes.
