Hello [redacted] , I am a bit irritated by this complaintFirst of all the tow was done on 2/23/not 2/24/The first time I heard about the client not getting a receipt for the tow was on Saturday March 3rdWhen I was informed, I emailed it to her myself that nightShe contacted the driver again on Sunday March 4th which I happen to be with him and I took the phone and told her it was already sentShe said she didn't have it but after she actually looked, she admitted she did in fact have the receiptShe said she needed to refresh her computerAlso, we do use the post office P O Box as our mailing address since we DO NOT want to receive mail or have clients showing up at the tow yard where we park the truck or our residenceI will send a copy of the receipt to you that I sent to the clientPlease let me know if there is something else you need from mePlease note the owner is a male and his name is AndreBest Regards, Michelle
