Review: In June 2012 I needed windows bars and to replace a broken window glass for my home. I had Smith Ironworks come out for a price for installing, He quoted $ 1700.00 One half of the money to start and the remaining balance upon completing the work. My daughter was handling this because I had to leave to go out of town o work. He never replace he broken glass, because he gave my daughter the run around and never did show up at time that they agreed to met. So when I came back home, I call him asking him to come and finish the job. he said ok, we made a date he never showed. The bars they he installed, on the kitchen window the bar is coming apart off the window. I call him back on this he said I will come on Wednesday October 3, 2013, he never showed up. I have been call, texting, and leaving voice messages, he never return any calls.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to complete the work and fix the broken bar on my window.
