Smiths Hardwood & Construction

We hired Smiths Hardwood to install new hardwood as well as refinish existing hardwood. Total area was 550sq ft.
We could not have been more satisfied.
Joe and his crew were very professional, did quality work and communicated very well through the process.
Price was very competitive and fair. The attention to detail was fantastic.
There was a very minor issue at the end of the job (no one is perfect), however Joe contacted us immediately and fixed the issue on the same day. We value commitment to excellence and Smiths Hardwood exceeded our expectations.

We needed estimated for our living, dining room and hallway. I contacted SHC and left a message. Within 30 minutes of leaving a message Joe returned my call. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out and look at the job. After only meeting him for the first 20 minutes we had made our minds up that he was who we wanted to complete the job. He knew flooring and was able to make us understand and feel comfortable about the discussion. His work speaks for itself. He wasn't try to sell you anything you didn't want or wasn't within your budget. His company did a superb job. I would highly recommend SHC on any day. Our floors are amazing because he cares about making things perfect and making clients HAPPY!!!!! Thanks Joe for everything.

I had a prior company come in to refinish my floors and they totally messed up my floors. I was so upset with the first company, I wasn't even sure that I wanted to have them refinished or not, but, I got a couple estimates, one from Smiths Hardwood Flooring LLC. Joe one of the partners called me while he was on vacation. Which was impressive in and of itself.

The company did a phenomenal job on the floors.The guys that worked on my floor, Jordan, Aron, Sam, and one of the partners, Jon, were professional and worked diligently to complete my floors. They advised me all along the way from the first day of sanding to the last day when they applied the last coat of stain. The floors look beautiful. I can't even describe how happy I am with the outcome. My only regret is I didn't hire SMH LLC first, could have avoided all my heartache and stress from the first company's disaster. I can't thank Joe, Jon and all the guys enough. I was so excited when I saw the final floors, I was speechless and almost cried when I saw my floors. I can't find the words to describe how happy I am with my floors and with SMH LLC.
