box. The customer had no proof of his first purchase and it is the managers job to correct its workers mistake if they give a customer a discount they are not suppose to receive. Although the customer was aggressive we handled the situation with care. Furthermore, the customer needs to have the coupon from there first purchase to prove that they actually bought it the first time, which he did not have and it makes no sense if they ask to use the coupon on the box they are purchasing for the first time.
