My company is trying to file a claim with the insureds customer for $30k+. Will with Smithfield told us he wont honor the claim and not to submit.When we called to obtain an email address to forward claim documents, Will (extremely rude) with Smithfield Insurance said he spoke to his client and got her side of the story and that's enough info for him to make a decision and told us not to submit the claim documents, it would be a waste of his time. He refused to give us an email address and hung up the phone.Desired SettlementWe need from Smithfield Insurance the cargo carriers information so we can properly file a claim against his client.
