I put 2000 down on April 21 and they came got it the beginning of June I made all the necessary payments to get the car back and when I got it it was damage to front bumper and passenger side.Desired SettlementJust want my vehicle fixedBusiness Response Customer claims vehicle was damaged when it was towed for repossession. Tow company claims vehicle was like that. Customer let her insurance lapse. Had no insurance. Therefore, she needs to take her case up with the towing company. This has nothing to do with our car dealership. She needs to complain to towing company. Or keep insurance on her vehicle at all times. Failure to maintain insurance is a crime in the state of NC.
