This is in response made by *** *** about the Nissan Xterra purchased on January 24th, When *** and his wife purchased this vehicle, he did sign a Warranty Addendum Agreement (see attached)As far as our records indicate, the only time *** has his xterra back to us for work was on December 16th, The warrant company covered ABS wheel sensor, sway bar links, right front wheel bearing, and a CV axleWe did not charge him the $deductible on this repairMr*** did have to pay for six spark plugs, knock sensor, intake gaskets, transmission kit, and four quarts of transmission fluidWe went to his house, and loaded his Nissan on our tilt bed and hauled it to our shopTotal bill for this was $When Mr*** came to pick up his vehicle he was happy with the bill and asked for us to hold the check until December 18th, This was agreed upon on December 17th, We deposited the check on December 19th, On December 20th, we checked our *** message, and his wife had said she was going to stop payment on the checkIt had already gone to the bank, but when the bank returned the check the check it was for insufficient fundsReceipts are in the enclosedIn closing, we do try to make ALL of our customers happyFrom January to December 2014, the ***'s put over 14,miles on their Nissan XterraHis wife has written terrible things about Smith's Auto Sales trying to hurt our businessWe are at this time out the $for work we did to their vehicleWe will have to take her to court for this billThank you for your time listening to our response.
