Just needed a new garbage disposal put in since I can longer due this type of work with ruptured discsPipes leaked so I contacted them to fix their installation correctlyThe plumber spent most of his time here playing with the dogs, tightened the pipes, & they tried to charge me for thisWhen we first filled the sink it leaked like crazy because the disposal is not mounted tightly to the drainit is completely loose now I either have to do this whole job again myself or pay another plumber to do the same simple job Smith plumbers did not

Our furnace thermocoupler went out we called around and everyone was rude except the nice lady at Smiths she gave us a possible quoteWe made an appt and the furnace tech showed up on time gave my husband some info on our type furnace and was done in less then an hourVery fast, freindly service from start to finish
