Review: I had hired Smith paving to replace my driveway and front porch and walkway. After the job was complete I had several issues and every time I called I left a message to be called back to address my concerns. After several calls I did receive a call back and was told my concerns would be addressed. A company rep came out to my home and I showed him my concerns and he said he would try to match the color better on the concrete work and also seal coat the concrete for my troubles. I also pointed out the horrible finish job on the concrete and how it was not level. When it rains puddles form on my porch!! He told me the porch finish was hard to reach with the broom he used to try to finish it. I know now from looking on the Internet that he should have used a string to level it and a trough to finish it. Also I was dissatisfied with a piece of sidewalk they repaired as well. When the sidewalk was done they broke a corner off of it and instead of replacing the entire square they removed the broken part and used a bag of cement to fix it. The company did a horrible job and only offered me empty promises in return. I am extremely disappointed with their work and their customer service. They were not the most reasonable in price but when I received the estimate I was impressed with the company and that is why I hired them. I wish now that I did not.Desired Settlement: Try to match up the color of the concrete and try to level the porch so that puddles do not form and then seal coat it like you had originally said you were going to do.
