First of all it has not
been 9-months--put first engine in and finshed it 12-07-and she didnt pickup untill 12-26-Engine was using oil so she drove it during this time except a few times she left it to find out why it was using oil and finally agreeded to instal another engine and finished it on May 16thIt was checked out and ran good but after she had it for a week the temp light came on and she continued to drive it untill it locked downThere were 2-plastice heater couplings that were on her heater core that became brittle and cracked and dumped the water out but instead of stopping when light first came on she drove it and ruined engineBut we again agreeded to fix fiest engine that was using oil and installed it but something happed to it which was not her faultSo again we tried to help her by buying her another vehicle which was a nice odysse van and were going to give her this van but she declined.Her jetta had 246,miles on it and was pretty well wore outAt least the van would have given her a car to drive immediately instead of complainning about her lost of time and planning on sueing us and wanted all her money back,so again we got her another engine and installed it, but was knocking so took it out and bought the last engine and after replacing with factory heater core couplings and a new radiator the eng was completed in July and we so graciously delevered it to her house.we even still gave her a 90-day warrenty on the engine only starting 08-04-6,miles were put on this car from the time 1st engine was installed and I know we probally put miles on car test driving itSo when all said and done, she would have never had to go thru this if she could learn to check oil and water was watch gaugesAlso her engine checklight has been on from day one which say a covertor is bad but that engine check light comes on and that light can also to mean other engine problems which if you dont fix one problem it can lead to other problemsShe might have lost some driving time but I also paid for 4-engines and 4-labors and oil,filter,antifreeze and materials each timeI think we did the best we could considering a wore out car that had already had heating and engine problems before we got it.Thank you for letting us know*** ***
One receipt is the down payment for $600 on 10/30/15, the other is the paid in full receipt for $2491.67 on 12/26/15...he put 4 Motors in my car and refused to give me a refund after the 2nd one... Any questions please call [redacted], thanks Ms. [redacted]
