Thank you for your messageUpon delivery of this return to our fulfillment center, we inspected the package per our proceduresUpon opening the box, it contained the sunglasses' original packaging (a sunglass box), but no sunglasses were inside? We inspected the box for any tampering, but none was visibleIt is our belief that the customer made a simple error and forgot to include the sunglasses in the package.We kindly ask that the customer search his house to see if he can find the sunglassesWe will still except this return when the customer is able to return the physical merchandise.Please let us know how we can help further.Thank you,LeftLane Sports

Hello, Thank you for your commentsThis order was originally placed on 6/12/When we attempted to charge your card, your credit card declined because the address provided to us did not match the records on file with your bankWe sent you two emails on 6/13/and 6/14/Unfortunately, we
did not receive a response to these emailsAs such, we canceled your order. We never charged your card, and as such, we did not need to issue a refund. I disagree - the charge was confirmed by both my credit card company AND your company representative Further, this was handled very poorly on your end I now do not have adequate clothing to ski in It appears to me that your company produced a sale (for Presidents day) which it NO LONGER WISHED TO OFFER.This is deceptive, and extremely poor practice. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed]

Unfortunately, a price on a shoe was temporarily marked incorrectlyAs such, we let the customer know about the issue and offered a new highly discounted price due to the inconvenience (far lower that any other retailer currently selling this product)Unfortunately, we are unable to sell the shoes

Hello, We have filed a claim with UPS, which they initially rejectedWe are attempting to dispute this claim on behalf of the customerUnfortunately, since the package showed no signs of tampering, it is difficult to claim that someone opened the package and stole the productIt is also very rare that a UPS employee would steal a productFurther, we can assure the customer that our employees did not take the productThe returns area is under surveillance, and this item was not stolen or tampered with in our fulfillment center.We will continue to try to work with UPS, but we ask that the customer thoroughly search his residence for the sunglassesOur belief is still that there was an accidental error on the customer's part where the sunglasses did not make it into their original packaging.If the customer finds the glasses in the meantime, we are more than happy to set up another return label and have the product returned.Thank you,LeftLane Sports

I am rejecting this response because :The item was returned, in accordance with their return policyThe item was sent back using a shipping label provided by the merchantIf the item did not arrive safely through shipping a claim should have been submitted through UPSFor all I know, someone in their warehouse could have stolen the merchandise upon arrivalThe suggestion that the package was sent back empty is absurdI have confirmed delivery of the package through UPS, with a signatureTherefore if the merchandise was not received, something happened to this package in the hands of UPS or when it was received by the merchantI am requesting a full refund for the merchandise which I have proof of return delivery
