Smith Maintenance

I recently had smith maintenance referred to me as a preferred vendor of *** *** warranty
I would say don’t ever use them or refer them
Mr *** smith is unprofessional, unknowlegable with working with air conditioner units...he installed two new condensers for us for which only one works, he came back to try and fix them again and made a temporary fix which was to his satification but not the customersWe have tried calling him on multiple occasions to ask him to come back and correct he work he did and he hasn’t fulfilled his guarantee
We have shared this experience about them with *** *** *** as well as his *** page for which the review was deletedPlease please don’t use this company unless you want to get ripped off
